Station 82-1 responded to multiple incidents throughout the day. Crews were faced with a stove fire, furnace malfunction, over turned vehicle, and struck pedestrian.

Station 82-1 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 195.
Fire Prevention Education
Drill night
Station 82 members train twice a month with various training topics covered. Tonight the crew practiced hose line deployment and SCBA confidence. They also practiced emergency egress through a wall to ensure that they have the skills necessary to get out of a room through a wall if needed. A ladder played the role of the wall and members had to go through the ladder rungs.
Equine Extraction Training
Several members participated in equine extraction training at the Hope Fire Department in Hope NJ. With a large horse population in the district we incorporate this training to our program so that we can have skills needed in safely dealing with incidents involving large animals.

Station 82-1 responded to several calls during a passing storm. While returning from a call a tree fire was found in Clayton Park. Crews extinguished the tree fire.
